I’ve now added yet another funky goodness thing to my blog (yes, old news to old bloggers, but I’m still catching up), and I’ve got a Feedburner account so I can see who reads and subscribes to this. I think your feed readers will update automatically as I installed FeedSmith WP plug-in as well, but if not, here’s my Feedburner link:

After only my fourth week at Netbasic, I’ve been trapped in the kitchen for a second time. It was a horrific experience and wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
Many people have moaned at me for liking Ken’s Kebabs/Speedy Pizza in Albert Road, but I’ve never had a problem with them before, they’re usually a tasty fatty snack to eat at 3am when almost passing out after a stint of alcohol abuse of a Friday night (slight exaggeration, but anyway…).
Last night was not the case, and I highly doubt I’ll be going back there again. I’ve joined the ranks of people who have had food poisoning from that place, and my it was unpleasant. I woke up pretty much ever half hour from 3am this morning feeling awful. My advice to fellow dwellers of Velcro City who don’t already heed it:
Never go to Ken’s Kebabs/Speedy Pizza. Regardless of how drunk you are.

You might notice that over to the right there I’ve added a new widget which has a picture of me. At the moment, it’s just me at work, but if I get a chance tonight hopefully it’ll manage to show me either at work or at home. Interesting, eh? Well, not really…
I ran out of diesel this morning, so had to get some on the way to work today. I pulled up in Shell Victory at the far left hand pump queue, only to watch the lady come out with the “Sorry out of use” sign and stuck it on the diesel pump. So, I reversed and went into the next queue. A few minutes later, she came out again, and put another our of use sign on the pump in front of me. By this time there was a queue behind me and I think I started annoying a few people as I reversed and pulled into the next queue. A 4×4 behind me also wanted Diesel by the looks of things as he noticed that the two lanes I’d just been down had no diesel. Anyway, eventually I got to a pump with diesel and filled up, noticing how stupidly expensive it was. £1.17 per litre!! Apparently it’s up much higher than that some other places. As Jake said to me today, it’s about time we organised car-sharing!
